Market Mapping and Talent Profiling is primarily used as a discreet but comprehensive fact finding exercise, to provide clients with a thorough understanding of the talent pool available in their particular market for important roles in their business. This provides clients with key insights and detailed knowledge of what the market is capable of providing in relation to current or possible future requirements.

The foundations of its success are based on conducting comprehensive research into relevant competitor businesses, to confidentially identify and build up a profile on key relevant individuals within them, relating to specific current or possible future resourcing needs. This can then be subsequently expanded into a full search on a more informed, prioritised, bespoke basis as required, in accordance with the circumstances concerned and the appropriate timescales.
